Axel Steiner has judged dressage around the world including the Pan Am Games, World Cup Finals, and Olympic Games. He serves on USDF's "L"Program Committee, designed to educate riders and trainers about dressage from the judge's point of view. Many of you know him for the expert commentary he provides during live-stream broadcasts of national dressage shows. As a licensed USEF Dressage Young Horse judge, he also has a keen interest in sporthorse breeding. Axel lives in California with his wife, Terri Miller-Steiner.
Professional equestrian photographer Terri Miller-Steiner can often be found behind the camera at horse shows nation-wide. She's a two-time winner of the World Cup Dressage photo contest, and her images have been featured in Sports Illustrated, the New York Times, Newsweek, and Chronicle of the Horse publications, among others. Terri is also a talented artist, and her beautiful portrait of the dressage stallion Roemer is on permanent display in USDF headquarters in Kentucky. Her love of horses and photography is a perfect match for our cruise to scenic Alaska.
